Design, DFM, Prototyping to Injection Moulding

This project required a quick turnaround on the design of an IP rated splash proof housing for some innovative electronics. Working in conjunction with the client and the designer of the PCBA a design was quickly modelled, 3D printed, refined and tooled.

The injection moulded parts were designed using SolidWorks 3D CAD and files were sent direct to the clients toolmaker for manufacture.
