Design, DFM, Prototyping to Injection Moulding

The chew bone is designed to help clean the dog’s teeth. Now available & manufactured in the UK from recycled polymer.

This project involved working with an injection moulding client based in the UK. My client had been approached by a UK retail group to design & manufacture a new range of pet products to me designed & manufactured in the UK from recycled polymers. The initial range of products comprised a ball launcher, chew bone, toothbrush chew, a poop scoop & a cat litter scoop.

Working directly with the injection moulder & toolmakers the designs were quickly realised & proceeded through DFM after approval of the designs by the retail client.

Having the products designed & manufactured in the UK from recycled material has helped the retail client achieve their objectives for a range of eco-friendly pet products.
